4. Take note of the Number of Order
5. Go to "Book an Appointment" in the top-left.
(If you have more than one service, make the appointment for the service with the longest time.)
6. Choose the service purchased.
7. Click in "Book an Appointment"
8. Choose the date and time of preference.
9. Click "Next".
10. Fill in all the information as instructed.
(Remember to add the number of order/s, provided at the end of the purchase.)
11. After having everything ready, press "Book It".
12. After getting to the confirmation page, you are all set up.

PRESSURE WASHING: SURFACE CARE

We select the cleaning method for the material and condition of each surface. Cleaning may reveal existing wear, loose paint or color differences previously hidden by dirt. Deep or permanent stains may improve without disappearing completely. Please tell us about known leaks, damaged seals, loose paint, recent repairs or delicate surfaces before the visit.

PREPARING YOUR PROPERTY

Please clear work areas and nearby paths of furniture, plants, decorations and fragile items so our technician, ladders and tools can pass safely. If something cannot be moved, tell us beforehand so we can agree on an alternative. We may limit or postpone work in obstructed areas until safe access is available.

ACCESS AND CONSIDERATION FOR NEIGHBORS

For gated communities or condominiums, please arrange access and tell us about permitted service hours or restrictions. If work may affect neighbors or common areas through noise, splashes or use of walkways, please notify the relevant parties beforehand and obtain any required property or community permissions.

SPECIFIC RISKS AND YOUR AUTHORIZATION

If we identify a specific risk from deterioration, fragile materials or obstructions, we will explain it and request your authorization before continuing in that area. If you authorize work while those conditions remain, you accept the disclosed risk and its direct consequences, provided BearClean uses appropriate care and methods. We may decline unsafe work. This does not exclude our responsibilities under applicable law.
