Some relevant aspects in cleaning the Home: windows, gutters, facade, driveway and patios

Steps you must follow to clean your windows:

Gather necessary tools and supplies, including a squeegee, bucket, cleaning solution, scrubber, and lint-free cloths.

Remove dust, cobwebs, and debris from the window frame and sill using a soft-bristled brush or vacuum cleaner.

Wet the window with the cleaning solution using the scrubber, making sure to cover the entire surface.

Use the squeegee to remove the cleaning solution from the window, starting at the top and working your way down in a continuous motion.

Wipe the blade of the squeegee with a lint-free cloth after each pass.

Use a lint-free cloth to wipe any remaining moisture and streaks from the window edges and corners.

Repeat the process on the other side of the window, if necessary.

Inspect the window for any remaining dirt, streaks, or water spots, and touch up as needed.

I think that a gutter cleaning twice per year is perfect. It'll cost you maybe $150-200 each time but you'll have major peace of mind that water is not causing damage to your foundation or siding. Just ensure that the gutters are channeling water away from your home. https://www.highfivegutters.com/
